Hello lovely readers!
It’s that time of the month were I tell you what books I read, yay! Honestly, March felt like it lasted forever and I barely read lol. Anyway, here are the three books I read in March.
Bajo El Cielo Púrpura de Roma: Pasión by Alessandra Neymar
This is a book by a Spanish author and it is so good. It’s about mafia but the romance and the angst is on point, I love it. The only thing I dislike, is that it’s longer than necessary, but I still love it. Sadly this book is not translated to English, so if you read in Spanish, consider giving it a try.
Spellslinger by Sebastien de Castell
This was the book of the month for the bookclub I co-host with a friend on Twitter. It was good, I liked how the world and magic worked although we don’t get all the answers nor we understand everything at once since this is a long series and there’s a lot more to learn in the next books. I can’t wait to continue with this series.
A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab
I enjoyed this book so much! The world building was amazing, the characters as well. I loved Kell and Lila so damn much. I wish we could get more of Rhy in this book. I’m actually continuing with the series so you will know my thoughts about the other two books in my April wrap up.
And that was it. Like I said, I didn’t read much for some reason but it’s okay. I liked all of these books and I’m happy.
How did March went for you in terms of reading?
Until the next post!
Happy reading 💙
I’m so glad you read an enjoyed ADSOM!!! Kell and his coat 🥺 So many amazing quotes, too! Just an overall win. I still need to read Spellslinger! Three good books is in a win in my book, I wouldn’t worry too much about the number ✨
