I’m participating in two readathons once again | September TBR

Hello everyone!

Here I am again participating in readathons. For September I’ll be taking part in Becca’s Bookoplathon and the Magical Readathon: Orilium. I participated in Becca’s Bookoplathon for the first time last year and it was so much fun, I’m expecting to have a great time this time as well. As for the Magical Readathon, it is kinda new, it was previously inspired by Hogwarts but with everything that happened with the author, the creator of the readathon came up with something else. It sounds so much fun too!

Anyway, I won’t be getting into too much details for each readathon otherwise this post is going to be very long and I might not explain everything that well so I recommend you go check out the video announcements.

So for Becca’s Bookoplathon my plan was to roll 5 times, but I got one double so I had to add an extra one. And as for the Magical Readathon, we need to read only two books for this first round, I didn’t want to get all ambitious and try to read more because I barely read the books on my TBR to be honest, so I chose two books from Bookoplathon that could fit the prompts I chose for the Magical Readathon.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid

I’m reading this one for both readathons. For the Bookoplathon I had to choose a hyped book, which I think this book fits perfectly since every time I see someone on social media talking about this book is to say how great it is. As for the Magical Readathon, I have to read a five star prediction, which again, this book fits perfectly.

Elantris by Brandon Sanderson

This one is for both readathons too. For the Bookoplathon, I have to read a book that is opulent, which I interpreted as a book that has royalty in it and according to the synopsis, the main characters are a prince or king and a princess. And for the Magical Readathon, I have to read a standalone and Elantris is.

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

From this book onward it is only books for the Bookoplathon. So I had to scroll down any social media feed and when I found a book I wanted to read, I had to add it to my TBR. I might have cheated a bit here but I saw a book inspired by Pride and Prejudice and since I’ve been meaning to read this classic for so long, I decided to go with it.

The Longing of Lone Wolves by Lana Pecherczyk

This one is for the prompt of reading a book with The, Of, A, An & And on the title. It has The and Of.

The Beauty of the Wolf by Wray Delaney

For this one I had to go to my Goodreads and sort my Want to Read shelf by rating and read the lowest rated. This was it but I have a feeling I’ll enjoy it.

Wait for It by Mariana Zapata

This is my extra roll. I have to read a book with Human main characters. This is a contemporary romance so it fits the prompt.

And that’s it, I have only 6 books on my TBR for September, I hope to read them all but knowing myself, I’ll probably read a few and throughout the month I’ll change some others. The main goal here is to have fun, amiright?

Until the next post!

Happy reading đź’™
